Community Care Plan ("CCP") released a Request for Proposal to select a vendor to provide Pharmacy Benefit Management ("PBM") Services for CCP's Members in its MMA Program and FHK Program on January 19, 2021.  CCP is required by its contracts with the Agency for Health Care Administration and Florida Healthy Kids Corporation to contract with a provider with the experience and expertise to deliver PBM Services to CCP's Members.  CCP seeks to identify the most competitive Bidders to furnish PBM Services to CCP's Members and who will best provide services in an efficient, transparent, and collaborative manner that assures high-quality PBM services and Member experience.
